- Open the Slope app on your device.
- Navigate to settings in the app.
- Tap "About" at the bottom of the settings screen.
- Then tap "Contact Support" to send us a message.
When submitting a request, in order to get you back up and running quickly and to minimize any extraneous communication, your humble and responsive customer service agent benefits from the following:
- Provide context about the issue. Which bank is having the issue? When did the issue start, etc.
- Screenshots. We love em! They are *extremely* helpful.
